Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily food and beverage operation in one of our fantastic restaurants within the Celtic Manor Resort, part of the Celtic Collection - Rafters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4 or 5-star property or high-end restaurant.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong business acumen, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
