Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a vital role within the Operations Team. This position demands a motivated, detail-oriented, and systematic professional who will enhance customer satisfaction for their product range.
You will serve as the primary liaison for your clients, delivering precise and timely updates regarding delivery schedules. Your role will involve translating client feedback into actionable insights for the operations team, ensuring that requirements are effectively integrated into our processes to fulfill client expectations.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional communication and coordination abilities, fostering relationships with key stakeholders. Your proficiency in communication and expediting processes will be crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of goods through production, thereby supporting the product line in achieving optimal On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance and client service.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Act as the primary point of contact for a designated group of clients, establishing regular communication schedules to enhance service delivery.
2. Gather delivery timelines from a combination of internal systems and team consensus, communicating this information in a clear and structured manner.
3. Manage expediting processes across the supply chain, ensuring all functions are aligned for success.
4. Maintain regular interactions with planning and production teams to stay informed about order statuses, adding value to client discussions.
5. Proactively identify potential risks to orders and propose or implement recovery strategies to mitigate impacts on clients.
6. Participate in Root Cause Analysis for delayed deliveries, utilizing these insights to drive continuous improvement.
7. Assess priorities and explore options to meet client demands while analyzing the implications of schedule adjustments on other orders and financial outcomes.
8. Ensure that all priorities are managed efficiently and promptly.
9. Adhere to all established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relevant to your role.
10. Communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including senior management.
11. Undertake any additional responsibilities that align with the role's requirements.
