Fundraising Manager

Location: Based at Woman's Trust's office, Paddington, NW1/hybrid working
We are seeking an experienced Senior Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Manager to lead our income generation efforts, securing six-figure, multiple-year grants and increasing grants from £1m to £2m in the next 3 years. The successful candidate will effectively communicate our services and campaign aims, develop funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities, and manage the whole cycle of trusts and foundations income generation, including regular prospecting, producing impactful funder reports, and maintaining our CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive trusts and foundations fundraising strategy
- Secure six-figure, multiple-year grants and increase grants from £1m to £2m in the next 3 years
- Effectively communicate our services and campaign aims to funders
- Develop and maintain funder partnerships and relationships aligned to our strategic priorities
- Manage the whole cycle of trusts and foundations income generation, including regular prospecting, producing impactful funder reports, and maintaining our CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in trusts and foundations fundraising
- Strong relationships with funders and a track record of securing significant grants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
