The ideal Mixologist will possess a deep passion for culinary arts, wines, spirits, and cocktails, delivering outstanding five-star service in our iconic Rivoli Bar, renowned for its art deco ambiance and extensive selection of premium beverages and classic cocktails. Responsibilities include crafting exquisite drinks and cocktails, offering personalized recommendations, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our offerings. You will collaborate closely with the wider Rivoli Bar team to ensure every guest enjoys a remarkable experience.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment is essential
  • Relevant qualifications or training in food and beverage services
  • Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail preparation
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Capability to thrive under pressure with strong organizational skills
  • Fluent command of the English language, both verbal and written
