The Ritz London: A Premier Luxury Hotel

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Linen Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Department at The Ritz London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our linen and laundry room, adhering to the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wash, dry, press, and prepare all laundry items to the required Ritz standard.
  • Ensure all duties are completed efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized laundry room environment.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a 5* property is highly desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests.
