Academy Education Director

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team of National Secondary Education Directors. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in leading the delivery of outstanding education and school performance across our academies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of Academy Improvement Plans (AIPs) and Curriculum Led Financial Plans (CLFPs) to drive educational outcomes and improve academy performance.
- Effectively line and performance manage headteachers, ensuring they successfully implement their performance objectives and maintain a focus on quality teaching and learning.
- Oversee the construction and delivery of Post Ofsted Action Plans (POAPs), providing additional support where necessary to ensure academies meet Ofsted standards.
- Quality assure and approve key documentation, including AIPs, CLFPs, and Academy Self-Evaluations, ensuring adherence to our School Improvement Strategy.
- Collaborate with Trust-wide leadership and inspection teams to drive improvement and share best practices.
- Develop and deliver coaching and mentoring programs to support the growth and development of colleagues.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform planning, target setting, and academy performance, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including headteachers, governors, and parents, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
