Stanmore House Residential serves as both a boarding facility for Stanmore House School and a residential and respite service for children across Scotland. The young individuals we assist, aged between 5 and 20, face a range of complex disabilities. In this role, you will help them achieve greater independence within our fully adapted residential and educational campus located in a serene environment.
Role Overview
We are in search of a Service Manager who can lead our team to build on our past successes and explore new avenues for growth. You will oversee a dedicated team with diverse skills and responsibilities, ensuring that residents at Stanmore Residential continue to receive outstanding, person-centered support.
We value growth and community engagement, and you will be a proactive advocate for local initiatives, possessing the insight, vision, and determination to identify and cultivate service expansion. This position is ideal for someone eager to translate a vision into actionable outcomes while fostering a positive atmosphere.
