Job Description

McCabe & Barton is seeking a seasoned Head of Business Change to lead our Financial Services client's transformation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing high-performing teams and driving business growth through strategic change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of Business Change Professionals to deliver large-scale change initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, developing and implementing solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain robust portfolio dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and inform decision-making.
  • Work closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to define processes and documentation, ensuring adequate controls and governance.
  • Provide guidance and support to Project Managers, ensuring successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and experimentation to drive business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale change initiatives in Financial Services, with a strong track record of delivering business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with budget management and resource allocation, with a strong understanding of financial management principles.
