About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Graduate Sales Associate to join our Surgical Division, covering the Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, and North London regions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting surgical orthopaedic cases in operating theatres, and working closely with surgeons and other theatre staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver industry-leading customer service on a given territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Support surgical orthopaedic cases in operating theatres, working collaboratively with surgeons and other theatre staff to provide excellent patient care.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge of surgical products, providing expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Complete all related administrative tasks, including data entry and reporting, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • BSc in Biomedical Engineering, Engineering, or other Scientific field.
  • Ideal anatomy and physiology knowledge, with a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
  • Previous experience working within a healthcare setting is highly advantageous.
  • Full valid driving license and eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
