Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join our Childrens Support Team as an Advanced Practitioner. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting both Adult's and Children's Services with quality assurance activity and improving social work practice.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Embed a Think Family approach and work restoratively with children, young people, adults with care and support needs, and their families.
  2. Support quality assurance activity and improve social work practice, including leading on audit activity, analysing findings, leading and reviewing improvement plans, and presenting reports.
  3. Take responsibility for projects and key pieces of work to meet organisational objectives and standards, including sector-led improvement activity.
  4. Work with data, identifying trends, and collaborating with others to form solutions, able to take responsibility for action plans and driving continual improvement.
  5. Confidently work with others, including children, young people, adults, families, and professionals.
Requirements

The successful candidate will need to hold a Degree or equivalent, be registered with Social Work England, have a current DBS, and be a car driver.
