Job Title: Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Specialist to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of vulnerable adults with learning disabilities
* Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure the protection and well-being of service users
* Collaborate with other agencies to provide comprehensive support
* Promote service users' choices, control, and independence
* Support service users to live safely and independently in their own homes
* Assess and review existing service users placed in care homes
* Review residential, nursing home, or day centre placements

Requirements:

* Post-qualifying experience of working as a Qualified Social Worker - Adults Learning Disabilities Team within the UK Social Care industry
* HCPC Registration
* Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
* Eligibility to work in the UK
