  • Deliver weekly lettings reports to Operations Manager
  • Carry out regular landlord meetings
  • Audit inspection process and reports
  • Deliver monthly 1-2-1s
  • Conduct staff reviews and annual appraisals
  • Set lettings KPIs and review on a monthly basis with Operations Manager
About You

We are looking for an experienced property professional with a strong track record in property management and ideally experience as a Branch Manager. You will have excellent organisational skills, a driving licence, and excellent communication skills. You will be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative, and have the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 + bonus scheme and a flexible working arrangement with 15 Saturdays per year. You will be working in a dynamic and growing company with excellent opportunities for progression and development.
