Job Title: Pastoral Manager

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pastoral Manager to join our team at Catch22.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, supporting, and developing a group of marginalized young people and their families through individual sessions, group work, family visits, and other interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement holistic person-centered approaches to support young people's journeys from entry to exit.
  • Build trusting relationships with young people and their families through regular communication and support.
  • Oversee the coordination of interventions, including individual sessions, group work, and family visits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective support system for young people.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (NVQ level 2) in working with young people, teaching, youth and community work, social work, counselling, or mentoring.
  • Level 2 English and Maths.
  • Restorative Justice Trained.
  • Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/QTS) or qualified to degree level and able to work as an UQT.
