**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Worker with a focus on Behaviour and Special Educational Needs (SEN).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and group support to students with behavioural challenges, fostering a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies to develop and implement effective strategies for students with SEN.
- Conduct assessments and contribute to the creation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with SEN.
- Monitor and track the progress of students, implementing interventions as necessary.
- Support the implementation of school-wide behaviour management policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Pastoral Care team to address the social and emotional needs of students.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of interventions and progress.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant qualification in education, counselling, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with students with behavioural challenges and SEN.
- Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and SEN best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by students with SEN.
