About the Role

**Marketing and Communications Coordinator**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing and Communications Coordinator to join our team at Spotlight Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in delivering multi-channel marketing, PR, and social media campaigns to drive membership growth and increase awareness of our professional membership body.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies to drive membership growth and increase awareness of our organization.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and distribute engaging content across various marketing channels, including email, social media, and web platforms.
  • Assist in the creation and execution of social media campaigns to promote our brand and engage with our audience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Support the development and maintenance of our website and other digital platforms to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Work closely with our communications team to develop and implement PR strategies to raise awareness of our organization and its initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a marketing and/or PR/communications role, with a focus on social media, email, and web channels.
  • Strong creative content creation skills, with the ability to develop engaging copy and visual content.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress (or a similar CMS) and email platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
