About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist to join our Fareham Community Mental Health Team.

As a key member of our team, you will provide psychiatric interventions to a defined client group and their families within the East Hants area.

You will be responsible for making links with Primary Health Care teams and ensuring the provision of a comprehensive service to those made most vulnerable by virtue of mental ill health.
