Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and repeat business.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our luxury menswear products, including made to measure and formal wear.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and drive sales.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new products and collections.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio, including networking outside the boutique to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of luxury menswear.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email.
