About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Oldham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our front-of-house team to achieve our business goals.

You will be a natural fit for our STARS values of Service, Teamwork, Ambition, Responsibility, and Solutions. You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and lead a team to achieve their best.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the venue, including leading the front-of-house team, managing customer interactions, and ensuring that our high standards of customer service are met.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work well under pressure. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Ensure that our high standards of customer service are met
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve business goals
