Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at our Oldham venue. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Food and Beverage team, managing operations within budget, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Food and Beverage team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and drink offerings
  • Manage food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and appraise team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing operations within budget
