About the Role

We are seeking a talented Assistant Manager to join our team at Mecca Bingo in Oldham. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading our front-of-house operations.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring our customers have an enjoyable and memorable experience, while also driving sales and revenue growth. You will be a natural leader, with a passion for people management and a proven track record of success in a similar role.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain high standards of customer experience, ensuring our customers feel valued and appreciated
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring we are operating within budget
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experiences
