About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our award-winning Food and Beverage Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining and beverage experiences to our guests, while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of service and quality in the bar and restaurant areas
- Support and coach direct reports to ensure excellent customer service
- Resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Forecast staffing requirements and ensure adequate staff volumes
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
- Collaborate with the Bar Manager to achieve business objectives
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have relevant experience in a four or five-star property, preferably in a bar management role, and hold a Personal License Holder qualification. Strong knowledge of whiskies is an advantage.
