About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our award-winning Food and Beverage Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high standards of service and quality in our bar operations
- Support and coach direct reports to ensure excellent customer service
- Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Forecast staffing requirements and ensure adequate staff volumes
- Drive continuous improvement in our Food and Beverage Team
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service. You will have relevant experience in a four or five-star property and be a Personal License Holder or willing to gain this within your first three months of employment. Strong knowledge of whiskies is preferred for this position.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £32,000 per year, TRONC, and a range of benefits, including free on-site parking, meals while on duty, 24/7 access to our Employee Assistant Programme, and free fitness access. You will also have access to our Employee Reward Recognition Schemes and discounts in our restaurants and spa.
Requirements- 1 year of supervising experience
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- 1 year of bar management experience
- 1 year of hospitality experience
- 1 year of customer service experience
- 1 year of management experience
