As a Care Coordinator with Helping Hands, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the highest standards of care and support. You'll work closely with our Branch Care Manager to recruit, train, and develop a team of dedicated carers who deliver exceptional care to our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Care Manager in allocating staff to ensure customers receive the highest standards of care and support.
- Conduct regular direct observations and supervisions to ensure our care teams are delivering exceptional care.
- Recruit and train new carers to join our team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
- Reassess customers to ensure their care plans are reflective of their needs and condition.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the commercial growth of the branch.
- Ensure our customers receive the highest levels of customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll need a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also need knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience of working within the care sector at supervisory level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
