**ERP Project Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our IT Department at Chapman Tate Associates. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering IT systems that support our construction design and manufacturing operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Project Delivery:** Oversee the design, development, and support of IT systems that meet business requirements and adhere to quality standards. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
- **Team & Partner Management:** Lead the internal IT team and coordinate with external partners and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- **Documentation & Compliance:** Produce high-quality documentation and ensure compliance with ISO27002 standards during system development and installation.
- **Target Achievement:** Consistently meet agreed targets and project milestones, ensuring successful implementation and support of IT systems.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- **Industry Experience:** A minimum of 3-4 years in the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record in managing IT projects and systems implementation.
- **ERP & Technical Skills:** Strong experience with ERP systems (preferably Exel and SAP), as well as manufacturing systems, business intelligence tools, and SQL databases.
- **Technology Awareness:** Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI and Cloud services.
- **Project Management Certification:** A professional qualification in project management, such as Agile, PMP, or Prince2, is essential.
- **Change Management Expertise:** Demonstrated success in managing system projects and change management, with the ability to identify risks and implement strategies to minimize disruptions.
- **Organizational Skills:** Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to achieve objectives.
- **Leadership & Communication:** Strong leadership abilities with the capability to influence and engage with software engineers, technical staff, and users at all levels, including the Executive management team.
- **Work Eligibility:** Must be eligible to work in the UK, as the company cannot provide sponsorship.
- **What We Offer:** A salary of £55,000 and an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking IT team, where you will contribute to the successful delivery of IT systems that are crucial to our construction design and manufacturing processes.
