Lead ServiceNow Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to lead the development and implementation of our ServiceNow platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business requirements and working closely with stakeholders to deliver a sustainable ServiceNow solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our business.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our systems and technologies, embedding this knowledge in ServiceNow to support our 1st Line support teams.
  • Follow IT security and risk management processes to mitigate potential risks and ensure exposure is minimal.
  • Drive business requirements and take an active role with stakeholders, understanding business context and translating functional and technical requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow solution.
  • Own the development pipeline and release cycle for all developments and upgrades, leading multiple streams of technical design and delivery.
Requirements:
  • 2 or more years ServiceNow development and configuration experience.
  • Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, etc.
  • Experience with web technologies XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.
  • ServiceNow qualifications are advantageous, as is ITIL Certification.
