At Cornwallis Elt, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our digital transformation efforts as the Head of Policy Delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the growth of our senior leadership.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic change and roadmaps for our digital transformation, supporting a large-scale integration across the organization. They will provide dependencies and digital change solutions for the organization, as well as provide insight to customers.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple teams to provide solutions for products and services. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Head of Change with a focus on digital transformation within the financial services industry.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about digital change and has a desire to work with cutting-edge technology, such as Artificial Intelligence. This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative organization with an exciting change agenda.
