Job Title: Head of Digital Transformation

AXA XL is seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Digital Transformation initiative. As the Head of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for driving the design and implementation of our digital factory, working closely with stakeholders to create a scalable and efficient delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead the design and setup of the digital factory, working with stakeholders to create a scalable and efficient delivery model
  • Provide management oversight, strategy, and direction to digital delivery squads within the customer journey
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on opportunity identification, issue resolution, and governance
  • Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers within the factory model
  • Ensure the scope of services, organization model, and key processes required to deliver services are properly executed in line with the overall factory model
  • Manage budget for the GT spend within the customer journey scope
Requirements:
  • Significant IT and business/industry work experience in a digital factory model, including experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects
  • Demonstrable ability to solve complex problems/issues
  • Excellent communications skills, adapted to different audiences, and able to effectively drive consensus within the digital factory
  • Adept at vendor management, both commercially and interpersonally, with a clear understanding of digital factory models
  • Ability to articulate problems, create solutions, and present analysis with proper detail and rigor for the target audience
