Job Title: Practitioner Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Practitioner Psychologist to join our Clinical Wellbeing team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our pupils.

  • Hold a caseload alongside other clinicians, with the full support of our well-established and knowledgeable Clinical Team.
  • Contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice.
  • Work in a nurturing environment where our pupils can flourish, always putting them at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Support a strong safeguarding culture, and our pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible.

Requirements:
  • Doctoral level degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, Educational).
  • Experience of working with people who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs, behaviours of concern).
  • Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
  • Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults.
  • Experience of lecturing/teaching/training.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required.
