Job Summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, patients, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety Management: Develop, implement, and maintain effective health and safety policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Training and Awareness: Provide training and awareness programs to employees on health and safety procedures, policies, and protocols.
  • Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate and report on incidents, near misses, and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Compliance and Auditing: Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards through regular audits and inspections.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with senior management, employees, and external stakeholders to promote a health and safety culture and ensure effective communication of health and safety information.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Level 3 qualification in Health and Safety Management or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in health and safety management, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of health and safety laws, regulations, and industry standards; excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
