The Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Life Science recruitment team as a Life Science Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Expanding our network within key skill areas vital to our industry and leveraging this to stimulate business growth.
  • Managing and expanding existing accounts to improve overall service and spend by building strong relationships and understanding client pain points.
  • Building relationships based on trust with candidates across life science development and manufacturing, supporting them throughout their careers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in business development, with the ability to secure new business opportunities and build strong relationships.
  • A technical background or understanding of key processes in life sciences.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • A passion for helping candidates and clients achieve their goals.
  • A degree in a STEM subject or scientific experience is advantageous, but not essential.
