Your Role:

As a Lead Consultant, you will spearhead the development and expansion of new business through proactive sales initiatives and effective candidate management, aligned with our strategic objectives.

Ensure that all clients, candidates, and colleagues experience the high standards that define our organization.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Broaden the network within essential skill areas crucial to our industry and utilize this to drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at industry events to attract new clients.
  • Manage and enhance existing accounts to elevate service quality and expenditure by fostering strong relationships and understanding their challenges.
  • Establish trust-based relationships with candidates in life sciences development and manufacturing, guiding them throughout their professional journeys.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in securing new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Technical expertise to comprehend key processes in life sciences and convey them effectively to industry stakeholders.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • A genuine passion for assisting candidates and clients in achieving their objectives.
  • A degree in a STEM discipline or relevant scientific experience is advantageous.
