Job Title: Bid Coordinator

Decerna is seeking a highly skilled Bid Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating tenders and framework applications for potential clients, including government agencies, international organizations, and local authorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate various aspects of tender submissions and framework applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather necessary information
  • Ensure all tender and framework requirements are met and submissions are compliant with requirements
  • Manage bid timelines, deadlines, and resources effectively
  • Identify potential risks associated with tender submissions and propose solutions
  • Contribute to improving bid processes and templates
  • Maintain records of tender and framework opportunities and outcomes
  • Provide regular updates to the team on bid status and results
Requirements:
  • Around three years' experience in bid coordination or a similar role, or equivalent skills developed through relevant experience
  • Experience coordinating tenders and framework applications
  • Accuracy in the delivery of work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with bid management software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
