**Job Summary**
Change Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team. As a key member of the senior management level, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and strategic development of our client's business.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the accounting function, including managing and mentoring a small team.
- Prepare and present weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts to the senior management team, providing analysis and commentary.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of the business.
- Input into the year-end audit process and liaise with the company auditors.
- Complete all regulatory reporting to statutory bodies.
- Monitor gross margins/contributions with a focus on optimizing sales mix.
- Monitor working capital management, with particular focus on inventory, credit management, and cash flow.
- Generate the necessary financial information to highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA with experience working within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
