At beBee Professionals, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to lead our finance team in Weston-super-Mare, United Kingdom. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring the company's financial health and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Director or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
