Financial Director

Change Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their team. As a key member of the senior management level, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and strategic development of the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present weekly financial reports and monthly management accounts to the senior management team, providing analysis and commentary.
- Financial Planning: Manage the annual budgeting process and future strategic development of the business.
- Financial Control: Monitor gross margins/contributions with focus on optimising sales mix, and monitor working capital management, with particular focus on inventory, credit management and cashflow.
- Financial Analysis: Generate the necessary financial information that will highlight profit potential and/or inefficiencies.
- Team Management: Manage and mentor a small team of accountants.
This is a commercially focussed finance role where you will have significant input into the strategic development of the business. In return, this role offers a competitive salary of £55k - £65k, 24 days holiday, bonus scheme and a generous company pension.
