Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maximise Service Profitability: Utilise professional sales techniques to increase service revenue and drive business growth.
  2. Sell Additional Products and Services: Effectively promote and sell additional products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of all available options.
  3. Ensure Customer Awareness: Maintain a professional image by ensuring the reception desk is tidy and all displays, promotions, and prices are up-to-date.
  4. Customer Care: Maintain a presence at the service reception desk, responding promptly to customer queries and handling dissatisfied customers in a calm and professional manner.
  5. Departmental Administration: Follow correct procedures when issuing loan cars, documenting warranty work, and ensuring compliance with health and safety, environmental, and company policies.
Remuneration and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 basic with an OTE of £36,000, a bonus scheme, CBS Car Scheme, company pension, and a birthday off once probation has been passed.

Working hours are 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm, with alternate Saturday mornings 8:30am-12pm.
