**Job Title:** Training Coordinator

**Job Summary:** Tech Talent ID is seeking a highly skilled Training Coordinator to oversee the implementation and maintenance of our Learning Management System. This role will play a pivotal role in the development of training programs for staff across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop engaging and effective training content, tailored to specific needs through collaboration with different areas of the business
  • Deliver training sessions across a range of topics, including compliance, IT systems use, inductions
  • Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and accessible
  • Monitor and report on training activity within the LMS
  • Conduct regular assessments of training requirements across the business
  • Utilize excellent LMS and e-learning tools
  • Familiarity with GDPR, AML, and other regulatory topics is beneficial
  • Experience in the legal sector is also beneficial

**Requirements:**
