Job Title: Finishing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London. As a Finishing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the finishing stages of a commercial fit out project in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finishing stages of the project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Report daily to the Project Manager and maintain open communication with the team.
  • Ensure a high standard of health and safety on site.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring the project is delivered within budget.
Requirements:
  • Commercial Fit Out experience with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Longevity in freelance roles with major contractors in the industry.
  • Procore experience and proficiency in using the software.
  • Experience in delivering residential fit outs and major M+E projects.
  • Understanding of building floor plates and ability to handle minutes efficiently.
  • SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6 certifications.
