Experienced Finishing Manager Wanted for Central London Project

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece London for a commercial fit out project in Central London.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the finishing stages of the project, ensuring a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
- Report daily to the Project Manager and maintain open communication throughout the project.
- Ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Proven experience in commercial fit out projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Longevity in freelance roles with reputable contractors, with a strong understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in Procore and experience in delivering residential fit outs.
- Significant experience in M+E, with a strong understanding of building systems and processes.
- Experience in managing floor plates and understanding of building layouts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications, including SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Black Card/NVQ Level 6.
