We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our Projects division at RSK Group. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for delivering all site-based construction elements associated with multi-discipline projects, on-time and to fully satisfy customer requirements.
Main Responsibilities- Project Delivery and Commissioning: Assist with project delivery and commissioning on an ongoing basis, ensuring that all site-based construction elements are completed on-time and to the required quality standards.
- Communication and Performance: Continuously develop and improve project communication and performance within the Projects and Construction teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Compliance and Safety: Demonstrate compliance with UK Specifications and Industry best practice, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Resource Planning and Strategy: Provide construction resourcing planning and strategy at bid stage, ensuring that the project is adequately resourced to meet customer requirements.
- Project Execution Plan: Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan, ensuring that all site-based activities are aligned with the project's overall objectives.
- Health and Safety Planning: Help develop the Construction Phase of H&S plans on winning bids, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Implementation of H&S Plans: Implement the Construction Phase H&S plans, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in accordance with the plan.
- Liaison with Project Managers: Liaise with internal and external Project Managers to manage all EICA & Mechanical installation, ensuring that all site-based activities are aligned with the project's overall objectives.
- Programme Development: Develop programmes, RAMS, and lifting plans, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
- Quality Planning: Develop Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in accordance with the plan.
- Site Acceptance Testing: Manage and co-ordinate Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) as required, ensuring that all site-based activities are conducted in accordance with the plan.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years previous site manager experience, ideally within an engineering background.
- Technical Skills: Excellent technical skills and the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.
- Certifications: Valid CSCS card, valid SMSTS card, and a background in either mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
- Driver's License: A valid UK driver's license is required.
