Senior Cost Manager - Pick Everard

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Manager to join our team at Pick Everard. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding cost management services to our clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong track record in cost management, with experience in leading and shaping cost management strategies for complex projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, contract documents, and reports, as well as carrying out audits and cost checks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cost management teams on large and complex projects
  • Develop and implement cost management strategies to ensure accurate provision of cost estimates and reports
  • Carry out audits and cost checks to ensure compliance with contractual requirements
  • Liaise directly with clients to provide cost management advice and support
  • Lead bid process and undertake business development activities
  • Manage internal costs and resources to ensure efficient project delivery

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cost Manager who has:

  • Chartership with post-chartered relevant experience
  • Membership of RICS
  • Security clearance or qualified to achieve SC
  • A strong track record in cost management, including cost planning, post-contract cost management, and feasibility studies
