Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at London Bridge Hospital. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication management, patient counseling, and education. Your expertise in cardiology and critical care will be invaluable in supporting our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication management and patient counseling
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of clinical pharmacy services and policies
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
  • Support the training and development of junior pharmacists
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Postgraduate diploma or masters in clinical pharmacy or equivalentSpecialist clinical pharmacy knowledge and experience in cardiology and critical careExtensive hospital clinical pharmacy practice experienceWhat We Offer
