Job Title: Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate Opportunity

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Aspiring Educational Psychologists - Psychology Graduates. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Summary:

As an Aspiring Educational Psychologist - Psychology Graduate, you will be working closely with our experienced team to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a variety of settings. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to students with SEN, including Autism, PMLD, SLD, and SP&L
  • Liaising with Class Teachers and the SENDCO to ensure effective progress monitoring and planning
  • Creating a stimulating and safe learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Delivering specialist interventions and working collaboratively with our therapists and support staff
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Childcare-related experience, particularly with a SEN focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Resilience, patience, and a calm demeanor in challenging situations
