Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly management accounts and year-end statutory accounts.
  2. Develop and implement financial models, including cash flow forecasting and budgeting.
  3. Manage a team of 4 and provide guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of the finance function.
  4. Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations.
  5. Perform accruals and prepayments, fixed asset register, and VAT returns.
  6. Conduct KPI analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  7. Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Previous SME finance experience.
  2. Part Qualified / Qualified or QBE.

Benefits:

  1. Salary £55,000 + up to 10% Bonus.

  4. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
