About the Role

Are you an experienced HR Administrator seeking to advance your career within a prominent UK manufacturer of away-from-home paper hygiene products? We are actively searching for a dedicated Group Human Resources Administrator who will provide essential support to both the Telford site and the broader Group Human Resources function.

This role places you within a collaborative team, working alongside the HR Advisor, HR Business Partners, and HR Director to ensure the smooth operation and organization of HR administration tasks.

Your Responsibilities as a Group HR Administrator:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage both the HR Admin inbox and Recruitment inbox efficiently.
  • Oversee the onboarding, changes, and offboarding processes for employees, including maternity and paternity administration.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the HR Information System, providing monthly data to payroll.
  • Assist in conducting investigations, taking minutes, and preparing outcome letters.
  • Prepare recruitment advertisements for both internal and external platforms.
  • Project manage various employee experience initiatives.
  • Provide support during new starter inductions.
  • Contribute to yearly wellbeing programs and monthly communications.
  • Collaborate with site HR administrators across Northwood sites to deliver key projects.

Essential Skills for Success:

  • Proven experience in an HR administrative role, demonstrating a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clear and effective interactions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A genuine interest in developing your HR career, with a current or aspiring CIPD Level 3-5 qualification.
  • Experience managing multiple inboxes effectively.
  • Previous experience delivering inductions to new employees.
