Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our client's team on a temporary basis for a contract length of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assisting with the preparation, editing, and formatting of documents and reports.
  • Coordinating meetings and managing calendars.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supporting the team with general office duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Additional Information:

This is a temporary position offering an hourly rate ranging from £12.50 to £12.80. Our client provides the opportunity for remote working, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
