We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager and Charity Director to join our team at Devonshire. As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the records management database, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies, and providing a complete audit trail.
- Oversee local office equipment, including multi-functional devices (MFDs) and postal equipment, liaising with service engineers when necessary.
- Act as the first point of contact for any queries, providing exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Work closely with the Legal Support team to ensure timely document handling and communication.
- Provide administrative support to legal teams and fee earners, including filing, archiving, and stock control.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
