Position Overview
Black Country Job Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to lead our Psychological Professionals team. This role will provide strategic direction and visible leadership, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to a team of Psychological Professionals.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for therapy services.
- Work with divisional leaders to maintain consistency in service delivery and best practices across all teams.
- Ensure the effective allocation and deployment of therapy resources to meet organizational needs.
- Provide clinical leadership and expertise at a corporate level, contributing to policy development and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a deputy for the Director of Therapies in their absence, ensuring seamless operations and continuity of service.
