Job Title: Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team as a Virtual Pain Specialist Physiotherapist. This role will involve delivering pain management services to individuals and groups, promoting patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pain management services to individuals and groups
  • Promote patient education and understanding of pain, rehabilitation, and self-management strategies
  • Ensure pain management is focused on individual patient needs
  • Contribute to clinical team development and MDT meetings
  • Understand the importance of psychological approaches
Requirements:
  • Demonstratable experience and interest in chronic pain
  • NMC or HCPC professional registration
  • Background in physiotherapy, nursing, or occupational therapy
  • Prior experience of working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • Knowledge of cognitive behavioural therapy techniques
