The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Systems Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and challenging technical programmes. You will be working closely with our defence clients to ensure that innovative and effective solutions are developed for the UK armed forces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver system architectures and designs from concept through to build.
  • Apply and adapt system design skills to meet specific business challenges or opportunities.
  • Grow and manage architecture products through the development of data models, standards, and processes.
  • Understand and interpret business or technical requirements and translate them into defined system models.
  • Validate and verify solutions to ensure they meet client needs.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of architecture methodologies, standards, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience in the application of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
  • Requirements elicitation and management skills.
  • Configuration management and baseline development through lifecycle.
  • Appreciation of the technical challenges of Military Communications and Information Systems.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be degree qualified in a related subject or have equivalent experience in a relevant engineering, scientific, or technical discipline.
